Check-In

For Guests Staying Through The Seaside Property Shoppe

  • All guests are to check-in at:
  • The Seaside Property Shoppe/ The Seaside Real Estate Store
    1101 Gulf Blvd  Indian Rocks Beach, FL  33785
  • CHECK-IN anytime after 3:00 pm
  • If you will be arriving after 4:00 p.m. or on Sunday, please call our office during normal business hours for instructions.
  • No personal checks will be accepted at check-in and no keys will be provided for any reservation not paid in full.
  • Again, please make arrangements in advance for any check- ins during non-business hours

Check-out

  • Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. so that we may prepare for the next guests. 
  • Keys must be dropped off at:
    The Seaside Property Shoppe/ The Seaside Real Estate Store
    1101 Gulf Blvd  Indian Rocks Beach, FL  33785
  • Prior to leaving please make sure the unit is picked to avoid an excessive cleaning charge from our housekeeping department.
