Frequently Asked QuestionsHow many people are allowed in a unit?
It depends on how many beds are in a unit. You will be asked how many people & are not allowed any more than stated.
What do we need to bring?
All units are completely furnished for you including linens, coffee maker, microwave oven, kitchen utensils & dishes. Most units have a washer & dryer or laundry on site. Each unit starts out with a fresh roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom, a clean trash bag in each trash can & small bars of soap in the bathrooms.
If you would like to bring some supplies you can bring toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, soap & laundry soap, dishwasher tablets, etc.
Do all your units have internet?
Unfortunately not all of our units have internet. The majority do though. Please ask if it’s a necessity.
Are beach towels provided?
Beach towels are not required to be in our units so please plan on bringing yours as bath towels can not be taken to the beach or pool.
How soon do I have to put my deposit down?
Once you’ve made your reservation, your booking deposit should be received within 7 days. A minimum of $245 is required for weekly rentals, $545 for monthly rentals.
When do I pay the balance due?
The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Do you accept credit cards?
Currently we only accept credit card payments through www.paylease.com. We do not take credit cards over the phone or in our office. This service does charge a fee, which will be calculated prior to you agreeing to the payment. We will be accepting Credit Cards in the very near future.
What is added to the rate quoted?
This is the breakdown…Rent + $135 departure fee + $45 to $69 damage waiver fee + 12% tax. There are some circumstances in which an additional deposit may be required. For example, if you are reimbursing for any utilities an additional refundable deposit will be required.
What if we have to cancel?
Our cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund minus $50 processing fee and the damage waiver fee. If you have to cancel after the 60 days required, unless you purchased Travel Insurance through Travel Guard, you will lose your payments.
What time is check-in & check-out?
Check-in is 3pm on the day of arrival, check-out is 10am on day of departure. There are times where you can get in a little earlier so please call if you arrive early.
Are the properties you handle investment properties?
No. The properties we handle are owners 2nd homes. A lot of our owners use them as much as they are rented. They are all decorated different from each, much more personalizes than others. You will find a guest book, pictures of the owner & their family, etc. Our owners want to make sure each guest that stays in their home is comfortable & has everything they need because they want "You" to come back.
